Are the products I see on the site in stock?
Yes, all products in the shop are in stock and can be delivered promptly.

Is there an order threshold?
No, we have no minimum orders, neither in quantity nor in value.

Is it possible to arrange pick up for my order myself?
Yes, you can have your own forwarder (or even yourself or your colleagues) pick up your order at our warehouse, during opening times. If you arrange collection yourself, please keep in mind that we will require a proof of export from your side acknowledging the date of the receipt of goods upon their arrival, otherwise we will have to charge you VAT.

What condition are the products in?
In the webshop we only offer fully woking products with two cosmetic Grades, A and B grade in case of laptops and monitors. We do not grade desktop PCs by their cosmetics.

Do I need to register to buy?
Registration is required to purchase in the webshop.

What do Grade A and B designations mean?
For Grade A products, all functions work 100 percent, they are in an aesthetic condition appropriate to their age. Products with a screen can detect a maximum of three pixel failures, laptops have a charger, their batteries work for at least 30 minutes.
In all cases, for Grade B products, there are aesthetic reasons for classification in category B. The products are technically impeccable. For Grade B products, the display may be stained and/or scratched or pixel-faulty, and the cover may have external traces (scratching, cracking, fracture), or a USB port may not work or is broken.
We test our products with the latest technology, special software, we package our laptops individually, and we categorize each device according to its quality condition, making it easier for our customers to decide.

Can I buy a separate operating system?
Basically, we sell our computers without an operating system. Our company is a registered member of the international Microsoft Refurbisher program, so we can add Microsoft Windows MAR products on demand preinstalled at a fraction of the cost of new licences. The desktops and laptops we sell may or may not containg a preexisting Windows COA, this is something we hold no guarantees for.

Do Apple products have an operating system?
Apple products (iMac, MacBook, etc.) are normally sold without an operating system, but at the request of our customers, we install the operating system free of charge. This extends the processing of the order by 1 working day.

What kind of warranty do you offer for the products?
In our export sales, the prices offered on the website contain an industry-standard 30 days RTB warranty which can be extended to 6 months up to 12 months for an extra fee, please contact our sales representatives to learn more about the costs and advantages. You have to return your goods under warranty to our warehouse (1131 Budapest, Jász utca 179., Hungary) to enforce the warranty.
Notebook warranty terms:
With the exception of the battery, our standard warranty terms apply to laptops as well. There is no warranty on batteries and their performance.

How can I pay?
You can pay for your order with wire transfer in advance against a proforma invoice. We immediately release the goods upon the funds clearing and issue a final commercial invoice.

What are the costs and leadtimes if I order with you arranging delivery?

The delivery time depends on the destination country. Within the EU, parcels usually arrive within 3-5 working days. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the products ordered and the country of destination. For this reason, our colleagues always calculate an individual delivery price for our customers and this cost is included in the personal quotation and proforma invoice after the order has been placed.
